Over the past two days, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of bakers from Poland at the MIWE live baking centre. During the intensive seminar with a large practical segment, the baking properties of different oven systems were closely examined using bread rolls. The MIWE roll-in rack oven, the MIWE ideal deck oven and the MIWE thermo-static wagon oven heated with thermal oil were used.
