At FBK in Bern

Every two years, more than 200 exhibitors participate in FBK in Bern, the only Swiss trade fair for bakery, pastry and confectionery products. Especially in our anniversary year, we naturally couldn't miss out on this event. We proudly showed off our MIWE range of technologies, products and concepts. One focus this year was our thermal oil-heated ovens.

Because for 25 years, MIWE has been offering its customers not only gas, oil and electrically heated ovens, but also first-class thermal oil oven technology: from thermal oil deck ovens to thermal oil tunnel ovens. At FBK, we presented our MIWE thermo-static thermal oil wagon oven, which above all scores points with its gentle baking characteristics and high uniformity. Numerous bakers were able to put these convincing features to the test first-hand because live baking was performed on the MIWE thermo-static at FBK.
