At Modern Bakery in Moscow
Modern Bakery in Moscow is the only trade fair for Russia and the CIS countries that specialises in the bakery and confectionery business. In its centennial year, MIWE once again took part. The new MIWE orbit rack oven celebrated its premiere on the Russian market.
From optimised in-store processes to complete bakery planning: the MIWE experts gave valuable information to numerous visitors – and very comprehensively at that. Thanks to virtual reality, attendees were even able to take a look at bakery planning of the future. At our stand we of course also presented various concepts and products for in-store sight and scent baking. From the MIWE econo classic convection oven to the versatile, modular MIWE cube FreshFoodSystem.
