On the MIWE company premises in Arnstein, there are many trees that provide sanctuary for a number of different bird species. But this Golden Delicious apple tree, which grows and thrives wonderfully at this time of year, is one that we are particularly pleased about. The reason is that this 10-year-old tree was presented to us by Dirk Hübner of Hübner Energie Consulting as a thank you for our sustainable cooperation. The company has been around for more than 10 years, having helped a good many bakeries achieve greater energy efficiency, profitability and environmental compatibility. The tree has now found its permanent place as a symbol of sustainability right next to the MIWE live baking center, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Dirk Hübner once again!

At FBK in Bern
Every two years, more than 200 exhibitors participate in FBK in Bern, the only Swiss trade fair for bakery, pastry and confectionery products. Especially in our anniversary year, we naturally couldn't miss out on this event. We proudly showed off our MIWE range of technologies, products and concepts. One focus this year was our thermal-oil-heated ovens.
At Internorga in Hamburg
Internorga in Hamburg is the leading trade fair for the catering market and aims to provide plenty of inspiration and new potential for business. In the bakery and confectionery sector, MIWE was also represented once again – with 100 years of experience under its belt.
At Modern Bakery in Moscow
Modern Bakery in Moscow is the only trade fair for Russia and the CIS countries that specialises in the bakery and confectionery business. In its centennial year, MIWE once again took part. The new MIWE orbit rack oven celebrated its premiere on the Russian market.
