Eventful days with good, and above all intensive discussions are now behind us. It's nice to look back on Südback 2019! Lots of visitors, positive and in-depth discussions and an increasingly international audience – Südback 2019 was a roaring success for MIWE.

Visitors to our stand, which was located in Hall 7 for the first time, were excited about our new product, the MIWE aero e+. Innovative topics, such as intelligent bakery planning using 3D models and virtual reality, and the use of this very technology for explaining and demonstrating complex products were true crowd-pleasers. The solutions developed by MIWE for the digitalisation of all processes involved in baking were just as much in demand as the consulting services on core topics such as the future-proofing of refrigeration systems in view of the F-Gas regulation and the question of possibilities for optimising energy efficiency in bakeries.
