At Sachsenback in Dresden

For many bakers and confectioners in central and eastern Germany, Sachsenback is a must-visit event. And naturally that also applies to MIWE. At the trade fair, visitors were given an insight into the range of MIWE technologies, products and concepts. The highlight here as well: 3D bakery planning using virtual reality.

At the 20th edition of the trade fair, MIWE, a company steeped in tradition, presented itself in a very forward-looking manner: The visitors were not only able to exchange ideas with the MIWE experts about questions from the areas of bakery refrigeration or baking oven technology, but they were also able to discover what bakery planning will look like in the future. Thanks to virtual reality, visitors were able to experience a complete bakery in 3D and move around just as if they were actually there. In this way, they could zoom in on important details and view material flows first-hand.
